If you are planning on registering your child at Fairhope Kindergarten Center, this is what you need to remember:

     *A child must be 5 years of age on or before September 2 in order to enroll in Kindergarten.

You should remember to bring these documents:

     *Certified birth certificate

     *Social Security card

     *"Blue" STATE OF ALABAMA Certificate of Immunization (current) with proof of chicken pox virus or vaccine

     *2 Proofs of residence (utility bill, lease, etc.)
